1. Order Processing and Confirmation

1.1. We will send you a WhatsApp message to confirm that your order has been placed.

1.2. We will process your order within 12 hours of receiving it.

1.3. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a WhatsApp message to confirm your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time.

1.4. You may modify your order within two hours of submission. After this period, requests for cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated, as your order will already be in the processing stage.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2.2. Upon confirming your order, an advance payment of 10–20% of the total order value is required, depending on the order amount. This payment can be made through our designated HBL accounts or via EasyPaisa. The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. We use reliable courier services such as POSTEX, TCS, and Leopards Courier to ensure your products reach you safely.

3.2. Our standard delivery time is 3 days within Karachi and 5–7 days for other cities.

3.3. We also offer an urgent delivery option with a delivery time of 2–3 days to other cities. Additional delivery charges may apply for this service.

3.4. For security and quality control purposes, customers are not allowed to open parcels before accepting delivery. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact our customer support team.

3.5. While we strive for timely delivery, Zebtan Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1. We strive to provide the best quality products. If a product arrives damaged or contains defects or discrepancies, Zebtan Collection will take responsibility for replacing it. To process your claim, a video of the unboxing along with the order ID is required.

4.2. Please note that we have a strict no refund and no return policy. Kindly review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1. Zebtan Collection reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or pricing errors.

5.2. Any advance payment made after order confirmation is non-refundable.
